United Nations Global Compact
Platcorp is committed to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
Science Based Targets Initiative
Platcorp is committed to set near- and long-term company-wide emission reductions in line with science-based net-zero with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) aligned with the Business Ambition for 1.5°C campaign.
Women’s Empowerment Principles
Platcorp is committed to the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP) offering guidance to business on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community.
Social Performance Task Force
Platcorp is committed to market leading social performance management in line with the Client Protection Standards and Universal Standards for Social and Environmental Performance Management as guided by the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF).
Sustainability Committees and Reports
Our Sustainability Committee is responsible for governing and providing oversight over all Platcorp Group’s Sustainability strategies and initiatives. The Committee’s responsibilities include:
- Reviewing the Group’s Sustainability strategy and policies that directly affect the Platcorp Group’s standing with its stakeholders with respect to Impact, ESG and CSR
- Reviewing all annual PHL Sustainability plans and budgets
- Reviewing all Platcorp’s external communications related to Sustainability activities
