One of the initiatives driving this commitment is the Female Future Program (FFP), a transformative leadership initiative developed by the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises and sponsored by Swedfund, in partnership with the Federation of Kenya Employers, the Association of Tanzania Employers, and the Federation of Uganda Employers.

Since its inception, the program has supported 21 female participants across Platcorp Group through a structured, purposeful learning journey focused on leadership growth, confidence-building, personal effectiveness, and professional development.

The Female Future Program has equipped participants with practical leadership skills while creating an environment that encourages growth, mentorship, collaboration, and self-confidence. Through workshops, peer learning, and professional development sessions, participants have strengthened their ability to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute meaningfully within the organisation.

The impact of the program is already visible across the Group. To date, five participants have earned promotions, demonstrating both personal growth and the organisation’s commitment to recognising and nurturing talent from within.

Beyond individual achievements, the initiative continues to strengthen Platcorp Group’s broader commitment to diversity, inclusion, and leadership equity. By empowering women leaders, the program contributes to building stronger teams, more inclusive workplaces, and sustainable long-term organisational growth.
