We're excited to share the Platcorp Foundation Q2 2026 Impact Report that captures another step forward in that journey.

Over the past three months, our Foundation and subsidiaries have expanded community-led conservation, invested in healthier communities, strengthened education, and supported initiatives that create lasting opportunities across Africa.

Highlights this quarter include:

 🌿 50 Community Conservation Champions recruited and trained to strengthen community-led conservation across the South West Mau and Kakamega landscapes

 🌊 206 fishers and boat owners licensed, alongside expanded community surveillance and multi-agency patrols to protect Lamu's marine ecosystems

 🌱 A new legacy partnership with Reforest Africa, supporting regenerative farming and village savings in Tanzania's Kilombero Landscape

 🏫 A new three-classroom block constructed for 460 pupils in Uganda, alongside solar-powered learning and educational support initiatives across Kenya

 🩺 Improved healthcare through new medical infrastructure, clean water initiatives, and support for children's health programmes across the region

 🤝 Community initiatives ranging from supporting vulnerable families and correctional facilities to empowering youth, women and local institutions across East Africa
