Platcorp Foundation Q3 Report 2025

We are excited to share our Q3 2025 Report, showcasing the incredible progress we have made in education, health, conservation and community impact across East Africa.

This quarter, we saw major wins through partnership and possibility.

🌳 Conservation Success: the Rhino Ark Charitable Trust project is complete, with 70 hectares of indigenous forest restored. In the Kidepo Valley UG, tsetse density was reduced by 93% championed by WildLandscapes International and Uganda Conservation Foundation, and with the Lamu Marine Conservation Trust, 4 multi-agency patrols were conducted across hotspot areas to address illegal fishing, mangrove logging and turtle poaching. We also supported staff welfare by funding rangers’ annual life insurance in the Mara Hills Conservancies.

📖 In Education, our subsidiaries, Platinum Credit Uganda donated 100 desks, Platinum Credit Kenya donated lab equipment, impacting 295 students. Platinum Credit Tanzania donated 20 student desks, 5 teachers’ chairs and one conference table. Premier Credit Kenya renovated sanitation/water facilities for 8 schools and donated textbooks. Eezy Group supported the construction and expansion of a school. MOMENTUM Kenya sponsored 13 needy students through their Sahih Scholarship Fund. Premier Credit Uganda delivered financial literacy training to 152 clients.

🩺 Our Health efforts were significant, featuring the donation of over 38,000 sanitary towels by Platinum Credit Kenya, a UGX 10 million contribution to the Rotary Cancer Run by Platinum Credit Uganda, and Premier Credit Kenya improved patient experience through renovations at 3 medical facilities.

💼 Finally, for Community Development, the Rhino Ark project alone employed over 240 local workers, and Wildlandscapes East Africa’s Women's Poultry group was registered as a Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA), empowering local women. Platinum Credit provided full sponsorship for the Eldonets basketball team, and Eezy Group fostered youth sports development by sponsoring the Touch Rugby Tournament.

Thank you to our partners and dedicated teams. Together, we are driving measurable impact across the region.
